Caring for animals teaches children responsibility and empathy as well as they experience the benefits of hard work and dedication . Our club is excited to work concurrently with other clubs in our community to involve more youngsters and ours to get our youth involved across our valley! We worked hard to get our youth some fun and educational pygmy goat activities.
The SJPGA Team is working hard to create many new opportunities for our youth and community such as NPGA Sanctioned Shows, Kidding classes, and support. We strive to provide proper pygmy goat show training and positive educational resources for our youth.

NGPA Scholarship
The NPGA scholarship is open to those who have a current individual, youth, or are part of a family membership who own, breed and/or show pygmy goats. All applicants must be a senior in high school due to graduate in 2025 or be a full-time student currently attending an accredited university, college, or trade school.
Thank you to the Raidl family donations made honoring Cherie Raidl who passed away in 2021. This scholarship is in her memory.
