CODE OF CONDUCT

As a Member I Pledge,

To realize my moral responsibility to the public, to my associates, and to the animals in my care. Refrain from hostile, negative, disruptive, and destructive behavior that affects the association or its membership. Treat other association members fairly, equally and with respect. Behave responsibly and respectfully. To Not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs during show time or at SJPGA events. To Not use offensive language or suggestions. (swearing, gestures etc.) and maintain the unity and virtuous name of our club and its members, within the association and in the community. I pledge to abide by and uphold our By-laws and Code of Conduct.

To refrain from issuing statements to the public which I know to be false or misleading. To promote the interest, aims and purposes of SJPGA and to endeavor at all times to improve the breed and to help create a favorable public image of the pygmy goat.

Membership in SJPGA is open to all persons and groups in the San Joaquin area. The objectives and policies of the association are provided prior to enrollment. Becoming a member and subscribing to the policies, of the association as stated in the By-Laws can be done online, in person or via email.

SJPGA Members receive an Electronic Membership Card and general information on Pygmy Goats.
